Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead day‑to‑day security operations across IT and digital healthcare environments. This role combines strong technical expertise with an understanding of healthcare data and systems to protect patient information and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cybersecurity operations and enforce security controls.
• Monitor SOC/SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, MFA, endpoint, network and access security activities.
• Identify, assess and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities and risks.
• Handle security incidents from investigation through escalation and closure.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures and technical controls.
• Support compliance assessments for NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001 and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct security reviews of HIS/EMR, cloud services, applications, integrations and medical devices.
• Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and remediation with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of practical cybersecurity experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISM or CISSP are an advantage.

Required skills

• SOC, SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Vulnerability management, MFA and endpoint security.
• Network and access security, IAM and GRC processes.
• Incident response and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NCA ECC and PDPL compliance.
• Familiarity with EMR/HIS, patient data flows and medical‑device environments.
