About the role

Join the culinary team of a luxury hotel as a Demi Chef de Partie. You will support the kitchen in delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining the hotel's standards of presentation and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the workstation each morning, ensuring tools and ingredients are ready.
• Check inventory levels, place orders for low‑stock items, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in cooking and preparing dishes according to hotel recipes.
• Plate dishes with attention to aesthetic standards.
• Conduct taste tests to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen assistants to ensure smooth workflow.
• Help train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
• Interact with guests at live cooking stations and gather feedback.
• Document recipes, production schedules, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize the workstation at the end of the shift.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent quality.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
