Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head

About the role

The Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head will lead the definition and oversight of enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards. This role ensures that IT capabilities are aligned with business transformation priorities and that technology adoption is integrated, scalable, and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps to support business strategy.
• Establish and promote architecture standards, patterns, and reference models across technology, applications, integration, infrastructure, and data domains.
• Provide guidance to project teams during solution design, review and approve solution architectures, and act as an escalation point for architecture‑related decisions.
• Align technology roadmaps with business priorities, translating strategies into IT capabilities.
• Report regularly on architecture roadmap, alignment, and risks to the Digital Transformation Manager.
• Build and lead the enterprise architecture team, fostering skill development across domains.
• Support compliance with policies and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary architecture team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
