Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives and that delivery occurs on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation; estimate costs and conduct cost‑benefit analyses.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies, including contingency planning.
• Track progress, generate health reports and KPI dashboards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and motivate multiple project teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers.
• Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; PMP preferred.
• Saudi nationality required.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects end‑to‑end, including full budget responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
