Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Emperor, an employee‑owned communications agency, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow its digital client portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across social, web, and campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Client relationship management – build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of digital clients.
• Digital account ownership – lead full‑service digital accounts, including social media, website activity, content delivery, and campaign optimisation.
• Strategic guidance – provide best‑practice recommendations, insights, and proactive solutions to elevate digital performance.
• Project oversight – ensure all digital projects are up to date and delivered to a high standard.
• Commercial growth – identify opportunities to expand services, maximise revenue, and support Account Directors in strategic planning.
• Client retention – build long‑term partnerships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
