Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and leads digital marketing initiatives to boost online visibility, engagement, and business growth. You will design and execute multi‑channel campaigns while continuously optimizing performance through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine landing pages and digital experiences that improve conversion rates.
• Maintain and grow social media profiles and contribute to the company blog and content initiatives.
• Monitor industry and audience trends to identify new opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Analyze website and funnel data to pinpoint conversion opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Drive initiatives aimed at significantly increasing website traffic, targeting a doubling within the next year.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on identifying trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
