PR & Guest Experience Executive – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a PR & Guest Experience Executive to support the marketing and communications efforts of Jumeirah The Red Sea resort. Working under the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will help shape the resort’s public image and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the resort’s PR and communications activities in partnership with the PR agency, media, and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer and creator visits, managing planning, itineraries and on‑property experiences.
• Develop relationships with Saudi media, creators and cultural figures to generate authentic stories about the resort and destination.
• Assist in the design and delivery of guest experiences, cultural rituals and special programmes alongside Marketing and Operations.
• Identify and contribute compelling moments for social and digital storytelling.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets and reports.
• Provide day‑to‑day marketing operational support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in public relations, media relations, guest experience, social media and content creation.
• Creative mindset with curiosity and an eye for engaging stories and experiences.
