Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise paid and organic campaigns across major platforms. The role focuses on boosting brand awareness, growing social followers, and generating high‑quality leads while ensuring seamless internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage paid and organic campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Monitor and optimise advertising performance daily to maximise ROI.
• Develop strategies to increase social media followers and engagement.
• Create and implement lead‑generation tactics while controlling cost per lead.
• Analyse data, produce performance reports and conduct A/B testing.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing assets.
• Coordinate internal communication between marketing, sales, customer service and management.
• Organise meetings, follow‑ups and ensure smooth workflow.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Design basic creatives and support visual content production when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically and via paid strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality visual content.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
