Sumou Global Investment is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigour with creative flair and is comfortable using AI‑driven tools to boost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage campaigns across social media, email, search engines and display advertising.
• Optimise campaigns using performance data, KPIs and ROI analysis.
• Grow and maintain the company’s online presence, including website and social platforms.
• Create engaging, brand‑aligned content for target audiences.
• Apply SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, generate insights and enhance campaign results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven digital‑marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, tools and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social‑media insights.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for content generation, data analysis or automation.
• Up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing measurable campaign results.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM and paid‑advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
