Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our online presence across social media, paid advertising, and e‑commerce channels. The role will support our landscaping, irrigation and design services by creating engaging content and driving qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok, including design and content creation.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Operate and maintain online stores: add products, create content, respond to customers, handle orders and cart management.
• Build and nurture relationships with bloggers and influencers for campaign collaborations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy covering SEO, SEM, email marketing and paid media.
• Create high‑quality content such as blog posts, case studies, videos and social updates, showcasing projects from company nurseries and sites.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and report key metrics.
• Maintain and update the company website for SEO, user experience and project showcase.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand identity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience in landscaping, construction or related visual industries is a plus.
