Digital Transformation Consultant – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead enterprise‑wide assessment, design, and implementation of transformation initiatives on a 3‑month contract. You will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate current capabilities, define target operating models, and drive large‑scale change.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business functions (HR, Finance, Operations, IT) to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Benchmark capabilities using Gartner frameworks and tools.
• Define digital transformation roadmaps and design Target Operating Models, governance, and service delivery structures.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment justifications.
• Lead process‑optimization and automation initiatives, recommending HRIS/ERP and other digital solutions.
• Engage C‑suite and functional heads, facilitate workshops, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery, track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure change adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or business‑process redesign.
• Proven track record designing operating models and leading large‑scale change programs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA, Digital Transformation, Strategy) preferred.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
