Director of Partnerships – GCC

About the role

The Director of Partnerships – GCC will be based in Riyadh and will own the end‑to‑end development of strategic commercial alliances across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role focuses on creating and closing high‑impact partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth for a leading SVOD platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential partners in telecom, e‑commerce, banking, payments, retail and other consumer sectors.
• Engage C‑suite decision‑makers, negotiate commercial terms and secure partnership agreements.
• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to launch, ensuring seamless integration and performance tracking.
• Develop bundled subscription offers, content distribution deals and syndication models that enhance the platform’s market reach.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in partnerships, business development or digital services, preferably within OTT/VOD, telecom or related consumer digital businesses.
• Proven track record of closing revenue‑generating agreements and managing telco partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi and GCC ecosystem with an established network of senior industry contacts.
• Highly commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
