Project Manager – Signaling and Telecom

About the role

The Project Manager – Signaling and Telecom will lead complex signaling and telecommunications projects for AECOM in Riyadh, overseeing all phases from inception to close‑out and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manages one or more very complex projects, including clients with a national geographic footprint, full‑spectrum services, and complex issues such as litigation or environmental protection.
• Oversees all project phases from initiation through close‑out.
• Maintains consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Leads and mentors other Project Managers.
• Ensures project delivery aligns with client expectations and national regulations.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and construction disciplines.
