Director Presales Government & Key Sales

About the role

Mobily is seeking a senior leader to head its presales activities for government accounts and key sales initiatives in Riyadh. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic sales leadership to drive adoption of Mobily’s telecom solutions across the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the sales organization in selecting, implementing and developing competitive product and service solutions.
• Develop and execute presales consulting strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead the creation and delivery of innovative product demonstrations, business and technical presentations, and technical white papers for prospects, customers and partners.
• Offer technical leadership during trials, proof‑of‑concepts, complex demos and ensure accurate documentation of customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product management to define proofs of concept, refine sales messaging and develop training for the presales team.
• Oversee the preparation of responses to Requests for Information and pricing inquiries.
• Manage a team of presales professionals, set departmental goals, monitor KPIs and ensure resource allocation aligns with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in presales or solution architecture within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise customers is preferred.
