Electrical Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to lead the execution of high‑voltage (380kV+) substation and overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves hands‑on site coordination, contractor management and ensuring safe, on‑time, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical project execution activities on‑site.
• Supervise the installation and construction of 380kV+ substations and OHTL works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Prepare, review and maintain project reports, progress updates and documentation.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of electrical project execution experience, preferably in 380kV+ substation and OHTL projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with SEC project approvals is a plus.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration (mandatory or preferred).
• PMP certification preferred; NEBOSH/IOSH certification advantageous.
• Strong project coordination, site management and communication abilities.
