Electromechanical Maintenance Technician (Field)

About the role

The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician will be based in Riyadh and travel across Saudi Arabia and occasionally abroad to support Trotec laser systems installed at B2B client sites. The role combines installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of high‑precision laser equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate and commission Trotec laser machines at client facilities.
• Diagnose and repair electromechanical faults, replace components and perform optical system alignments.
• Provide on‑site training, safety briefings and daily maintenance guidance to machine operators.
• Maintain accurate service logs, diagnostic reports and spare‑parts inventory records.
• Travel frequently on domestic flights and periodically to Austria for factory acceptance tests and live demonstrations.

Required profile

• Field‑oriented technical professional comfortable with extensive travel.
• Strong communication skills to act as the primary technical contact for corporate clients.
• Willingness to enroll in Trotec Academy for certification and continuous learning.
