About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Support Manager to lead our enterprise technical support services, ensuring high‑quality support, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across our technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical support teams and daily operations.
- Establish support standards, service improvement initiatives and monitor SLA compliance.
- Oversee major incidents, escalations and coordinate with infrastructure and application teams.
- Develop and maintain support processes, knowledge‑base and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and support contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical support, including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to drive service delivery and manage large‑scale support operations.
