Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, providing high‑level administrative and strategic support. Working closely with the Saudi Leadership Team, the role ensures smooth coordination of meetings, communications, and initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, travel, correspondence and daily priorities.
• Coordinate Saudi Leadership Team meetings, develop agendas, prepare documents and track action items.
• Draft executive communications, presentations, speeches and reports on behalf of the General Manager.
• Plan and execute leadership events, town halls, off‑site meetings and senior visits, handling logistics and follow‑up.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions with regional, global and cross‑functional teams.
• Support cross‑functional projects by monitoring timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly organized and able to anticipate the needs of senior leadership.
• Excellent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, presentations and documentation.
