About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure smooth daily office operations. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor arrangements.
- Maintain office records and support administrative activities.
- Assist in travel, accommodation, and document coordination.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑service mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
