Executive Director – Luxury Hotel Projects

About the role

We are a leading main contractor in the region seeking an Executive Director to lead the delivery of prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel projects. This senior position oversees the full project lifecycle, from concept through completion, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align high‑quality business strategies and plans with corporate objectives.
• Lead the conception, marketing, and execution of complex development projects.
• Provide executive leadership for design, development, and implementation of systems that improve safety, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
• Manage risk exposure and communicate mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Oversee coordination of architects, contractors, and consultants, including solicitation, selection, contracting, and design review.
• Ensure project management requirements are met to deliver projects on time, safely, and within budget.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to guarantee successful completion of programs within approved schedules and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture (mandatory).
• 20–25 years of industry experience with 8–10 years in a director‑level role.
• Proven track record managing luxury hospitality, mixed‑use, or premium development projects, preferably in the GCC.
