Executive Manager Home Enablement

About the role

The Executive Manager Home Enablement will lead the development and delivery of home‑centric telecom services for Mobily in Saudi Arabia. This senior position oversees product design, partnership creation, and cross‑functional execution to enhance the home segment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop home enablers such as Fixed Voice, Home Managed Services, Home Solutions, FTTH, etc.
• Establish and manage partnerships with technology providers and other external partners.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new home‑related products.
• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, competition, and international benchmarks.
• Coordinate with Devices, VAS, and international teams to improve services and partnerships.
• Work with governance teams to ensure compliance with product and service requirements.
• Lead cross‑departmental execution, including technology, network, operations, and partners.
• Monitor performance trends and address technical, competitive, and operational issues.
• Oversee project execution to meet annual and strategic goals.
• Manage customer escalations, technical issues, and production problem resolution.
• Handle vendor selection and relationship management.
• Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Home propositions team to differentiate Mobily’s offerings and increase customer LTV.
• Lead the Home Enablers team, define KPIs, and manage performance.
• Perform additional duties as required by the GM/Home Segment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to contribute to strategic objectives and coordinate direct reports.
• Experience setting goals, cascading objectives, and ensuring policy adherence.
• Strong capability to guide employee development and oversee performance against KPIs.
• Effective leadership in managing a team and driving results.
