About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to run the day‑to‑day operations of our purpose‑built workers’ accommodation camp in Riyadh. The role is hands‑on, live‑in and involves overseeing catering, laundry, gym, mosque and other soft‑service facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily camp operations across accommodation, catering, laundry, housekeeping, gym and mosque facilities.
- Supervise the camp team including cooks, kitchen helpers, cleaners, laundry staff and tea boys.
- Manage room allocation, bed‑space planning, check‑in/check‑out and maintain a daily occupancy register.
- Conduct daily hygiene, housekeeping and HSE inspections and keep written records.
- Enforce food‑safety standards: temperature logs, cold‑chain, FIFO stock rotation, storage segregation and verify health cards for all food handlers.
- Oversee laundry operations, linen inventory, rotation and equipment servicing schedules.
- Maintain gym cleanliness, equipment condition and remove defective machines from service.
- Maintain mosque and ablution areas to worship standards, manage prayer‑time schedules and water supply.
- Log, prioritise and close maintenance faults; escalate MEP, HVAC, plumbing and electrical works to technical team or approved vendors.
- Control stock of food, consumables, linen and cleaning materials; monitor cost per head against budget.
- Keep the camp inspection‑ready for municipality, Civil Defence and client visits.
- Manage fire‑safety: extinguisher servicing, alarm tests, escape‑route clearance and evacuation drills.
- Act as first point of contact for resident welfare, complaints and discipline; escalate serious incidents.
- Submit daily and monthly reports on occupancy, meals served, incidents, faults and costs.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Supervisor, Accommodation Supervisor or Facilities Supervisor in labour accommodation, catering or hospitality.
- GCC experience essential, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to supervise a multinational blue‑collar workforce.
- Practical knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP principles and kitchen supervision.
- Working knowledge of HSE inspections and fire‑safety procedures.
