Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Fashion Consultant to join our Michael Kors boutique in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and collective sales goals through proactive client engagement.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience and support CRM and CX initiatives in‑store.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top‑seller trends and slow‑moving items for business reviews.
• Develop and nurture client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
• Offer pre‑buying product feedback and promote the MUSE loyalty programme.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards and SOPs are consistently applied.
• Manage click‑and‑collect orders within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and drive eNPS through people‑experience actions.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and stay updated on brand campaigns and social media.
• Contribute insights on what is working well and areas for improvement within the store.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for the luxury segment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
