Finance Manager / Financial Controller – F&B Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to lead the financial control environment for our restaurant operations in Riyadh. The role combines hands‑on financial management with deep operational insight into Food & Beverage accounting, ensuring profitability, compliance and robust governance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and comprehensive financial reports.
• Monitor daily sales, cash flow, expenses and profitability, and develop KPI dashboards for management.
• Conduct profitability, variance and waste analyses, and oversee inventory control and stock reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain recipe costing, menu engineering and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure VAT treatment and compliance, and coordinate with auditors and ZATCA requirements.
• Manage Foodics POS financial controls, permissions and system overrides.
• Collaborate closely with operations, purchasing and senior management teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of finance experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to design and enforce internal financial controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in luxury dining or hospitality groups is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
