Finance Manager (Pre-opening)

About the role

Join Hilton's new airport hotel as a Finance Manager and lead the financial set‑up for the pre‑opening phase. You will be the key driver of financial strategy, ensuring the property launches with solid financial foundations and aligns with Hilton’s standards of exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy for the hotel, aligning with overall business goals.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights to support decision‑making.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, owners, and asset managers, delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Regional Finance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Hilton policies, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting processes to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Authorize and monitor all financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering engagement and professional growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in hotel finance or a comparable hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
