Finance Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for a premium residential resort in North Riyadh. The role demands strategic financial leadership, accurate reporting, and full regulatory compliance to support ambitious occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for a community of 1,100+ residential units, delivering monthly management accounts, quarterly statements, and audited annual accounts.
• Lead budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Manage rent billing, collection, revenue reconciliation, utility sub‑metering, rebilling and deposit processes across residential and commercial portfolios.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and annual rent benchmarking reports aligned with market regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, ZATCA requirements, and maintain segregated financial accounts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing comprehensive documentation.
• Lead a finance team, collaborate with facilities, leasing and operations teams, and verify contractor invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of real‑estate finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in operational management of large‑scale residential or mixed‑use developments in KSA or the GCC.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional accreditation such as CPA, ACCA or CMA strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.
