Director - Client Development Office

About the role

Land Sterling is a leading global real estate solutions provider. The Director – Client Development Office will lead the firm’s enterprise growth agenda in Riyadh, overseeing the commercial plan, pipeline and client relationships. This senior position reports to senior partners and works closely with multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Client Development Office and drive the firm’s enterprise growth agenda.
• Own the annual commercial plan, including pipeline, win rate, new contract value, key‑account growth and forecasting.
• Lead opportunity qualification, pipeline management, bid/no‑bid governance and pursuit strategy.
• Develop strategic account plans and drive cross‑selling and multi‑service opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead proposal orchestration, tender support, compliance and submission readiness.
• Maintain CRM governance, commercial dashboards, proposal libraries and pipeline reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through win/loss analysis, lessons learned and commercial best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consultancy, real estate or business development.
• Strong experience in business development, enterprise account management, pipeline management and proposal leadership.
• Proven experience managing KSA‑based accounts and client relationships.
• Experience in consulting or other client‑facing professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of KSA tendering and procurement processes.
• Experience leading multi‑service or enterprise go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Exposure to strategic partnerships, framework agreements, public‑sector or giga‑project clients is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field; MBA/MSc preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Preferred certifications such as APMP, CIM or strategic selling/account management credentials.
