Finance Manager – Regional Partnerships

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead regional financing activities, acting as the primary liaison between our business units and partner financial institutions. This role ensures smooth execution of tripartite financing arrangements and drives the performance of the local financing team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication and visits with regional partner financial institutions; conduct annual reviews and assessments to inform cooperation decisions.
• Collaborate with regional business teams on opportunity reviews, verify progress of LTC opportunities, and provide risk insights and recommendations.
• Oversee intake and management of all tripartite business submissions in the order‑management system, ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
• Track required documentation for loan disbursement, collect vouchers upon disbursement, and ensure timely fund settlement.
• Build, recruit, train, and manage the local financing team to achieve business goals and operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions; construction‑machinery industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with financial institutions and internal teams.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA are preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (or Chinese) for daily business use.
