Finance Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This remote Finance Specialist position supports a fast‑scaling digital‑first environment in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure financial integrity across reporting, operations, and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments and collections.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate on project budgets, expense tracking and financial planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with tax filings, statutory reporting, financial statements and audit requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial systems, workflows and operational processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing, media or service‑based agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliation, reporting).
