Financial Analysis Manager – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Financial Analysis Manager / Senior Manager will lead financial analysis, planning and performance management for large‑scale government transformation and revenue optimisation programmes in Riyadh. This 12‑month on‑site engagement focuses on building robust financial models, operating frameworks and data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions, fiscal sustainability and compliance with IPSAS/IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development of financial models, forecasts and analytical dashboards for strategic decision‑making.
• Design operating models and financial frameworks that improve efficiency across government entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with transformation goals.
• Provide advisory support on financial sustainability, cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a Big‑4 firm.
• Proven experience in government financial transformation, operating model design and revenue optimisation.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CFA or FMVA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (master’s preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
