About the role
We are looking for a skilled accountant to establish and manage our accounting system from the ground up. The role involves setting up the chart of accounts, defining document flow, and creating accounting policies for our growing organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a complete accounting system, including chart of accounts and policies.
- Select and configure a suitable cloud‑based accounting platform.
- Record monthly journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain cash accuracy.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven ability to set up accounting systems from scratch.
- Familiarity with cloud accounting solutions and related platforms.
Required skills
- Experience with cloud accounting systems such as Qayd, Daftrah, or Zoho Books.
- Ability to prepare monthly journal entries.
- Competence in performing bank reconciliations.
