Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join our premium fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional dining experience.
• Present menus, explain items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine‑dining service standards.
• Set, maintain, and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
