Members Experience Supervisor – Front Desk Lead

About the role

SportPlex, Saudi Arabia’s premier indoor multi‑sport destination, is seeking a proactive Members Experience Supervisor to lead its front‑desk team. You will be the face of the facility, ensuring every member receives a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule the front‑desk staff.
• Manage daily reception activities including check‑ins, bookings, phone inquiries and walk‑ins.
• Handle escalated member concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee bookings, POS transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support membership sales, renewals and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth facility operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in reception or front‑desk supervision, preferably in sports or fitness.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Organised, professional and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with booking and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
