Florist – Full‑time position in Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will have at least three years of professional experience, a strong eye for design, and a passion for delivering beautiful floral arrangements in a fast‑paced retail and event environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create original floral arrangements for retail sales, weddings, corporate events and other client projects.
• Install and decorate bridal couches, wedding booths and large‑scale installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering creative suggestions.
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers through proper watering, pruning and display management.
• Manage inventory, order flowers, tools and supplies as required.
• Ensure the work area and flower displays are clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with floral trends, seasonal designs and care techniques.
• Assist with in‑store visual merchandising and promotional displays.

Required profile

• Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum three years of proven experience as a florist or floral designer.
• Strong knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability and design techniques.
• Ability to create bouquets, centrepieces and large installations.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English.
