Graphic & Motion Designer

About the role

The Designer at Mawj Marketing will create high‑quality graphic and motion assets for social media, paid advertising, branding, and short‑form video. Working on‑site in Riyadh, you will collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing Manager and other team members to turn marketing strategies into clear visual communication that drives business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design social‑media and campaign assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Google.
• Create both organic and paid advertising creatives, including Arabic‑first and bilingual layouts.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos, reels, stories and ad cut‑downs using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop motion graphics and simple animations, maintaining visual consistency across brand identities.
• Build scalable template systems and design families for recurring content.
• Prepare production‑ready files for digital and print, adhering to platform specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and translate creative direction into visual execution.
• Stay updated on Saudi creative trends, social‑media formats and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience with a strong portfolio of published social‑media work.
• Demonstrated ability to design Arabic‑first and bilingual Arabic/English layouts with solid typography.
• Experience working on multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously in an agency or multi‑brand environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising formats and Saudi market visual culture.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet weekly content calendars and handle feedback quickly.
