About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Hotels team as a Food & Beverage Order Taker and become the first point of contact that brightens each guest’s stay. You will deliver food and drink service with a warm, upbeat attitude, turning ordinary meals into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and look for opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Learn and master all menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked food service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest moments.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while paying close attention to detail.

Required skills
