Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

EWAA Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across its portfolio of hotels and resorts in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency while complying with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations and maintain service standards.
• Supervise, train, and develop F&B team members.
• Control food and beverage costs and overall operational expenses.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Banquets, and other departments.
• Monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support revenue growth and achieve departmental targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Hotel experience is required.
