Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will be embedded directly within client environments across Saudi Arabia, working side‑by‑side with business stakeholders to uncover real problems and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions. The position combines deep technical work with client‑facing responsibilities, allowing you to design, build, and ship production‑grade AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise and government clients to define AI‑driven use cases.
• Design architecture for large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent‑based systems.
• Develop backend and data engineering components in Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in production environments.
• Travel on‑site across the region and provide ongoing client support.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend, data, or software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands‑on exposure to AI technologies, LLMs, and data pipelines (RAG, agents, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the region.
• Arabic fluency is a plus.
