Front Office Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a proactive Front Office Engineer to join its Riyadh team. In this role you will coordinate, manage and execute first‑level proactive and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring services meet SLA commitments and customers remain satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 1st level service monitoring and event management.
• Handle service and resource alarms efficiently.
• Monitor performance of resources and services.
• Conduct security event monitoring and escalation.
• Identify, document and track incidents through resolution.
• Support capacity and performance investigations.
• Initiate problem‑management processes.
• Assist with preventive maintenance for field operations.

Required profile

• Experience with Ericsson Operations Engine and mode of operations.
• Familiarity with test automation and execution tools.
• Understanding of telecom network components such as RAN, VAS and packet core.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
