GCC & Levant Cluster Director

About the role

The GCC & Levant Cluster Director leads strategic account management and serves as the execution anchor for SHD (Strategic Health Division) initiatives across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with Public Affairs and Country Leadership Teams to drive commercial integration, stakeholder engagement, and cultural stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts, including executive engagement with GPOs and national societies.
• Act as SHD execution anchor, coordinating with Public Affairs on governmental and institutional relationships.
• Support Country Leaders in strategic account processes and oversee offerings to SHD accounts.
• Lead Country Leadership Team (CLT) governance and ensure compliance with operational and ESG standards.
• Own capabilities such as bids & tenders, local congresses, and event execution.
• Oversee in‑country operations, including office management and supplier contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing cross‑functional units at country level.
• Proven experience developing and executing complex country‑level strategies.
• Strong project‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English and local languages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
