General IT Services General Manager

About the role

The General IT Services GM leads the design, development, implementation and support of critical software modules for parts and supply‑chain applications. This senior position oversees day‑to‑day operational support, ensures high‑quality performance, and drives continuous improvement across the IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical requirements and provide recommendations for high‑impact solutions.
• Design, document, code, test and implement new software modules for parts applications and supply‑chain systems.
• Deliver technical training, create SOPs and support business clients and end‑users, including wholesale dealers.
• Lead project planning, impact analysis, deployment, and post‑implementation monitoring to ensure successful execution.
• Provide ongoing application support, enhancements, and disaster‑recovery planning for existing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Techniques.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in application development and maintenance on AS400 systems.
• Extensive expertise in RPG400/ILE RPG programming and development of supply‑chain, material handling, and warehouse control modules.
