ServiceNow Scrum Master

About the role

The ServiceNow Scrum Master will drive Agile and Scrum adoption across IT and digital transformation initiatives, fostering high‑performing teams and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum practices across projects, establishing processes, guidelines and tools.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint progress, backlog health, capacity, risks and impediments, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners and stakeholders, promote self‑organization and continuous improvement, and mentor other Scrum Masters.
• Maintain Agile metrics and dashboards (velocity, throughput, cycle time) and drive data‑based improvements.
• Support Agile tooling such as Jira and Azure DevOps, standardize workflows and lead retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences, Systems or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master or similar roles within IT or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to guide teams through Agile transformation and improve organizational maturity.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
• Ability to analyze metrics, produce dashboards and report to leadership.
