General Manager (GM) – Pilates

About the role

The General Manager will lead the overall performance, operations and growth of our Pilates business. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for commercial results, customer experience and the expansion of the brand across multiple studios.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy, annual plans, budgets and revenue targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, ensuring consistent service standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, memberships, client retention, utilization and profitability.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities, new locations, partnerships and additional revenue streams.
• Lead and develop studio managers, Pilates leaders and other key team members.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and continuously improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage pricing strategies, membership packages, promotions and other commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and acquisition.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and relevant laws.
• Build a high‑performance culture through leadership, performance management and talent development.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Background in Pilates, fitness, wellness, hospitality or premium service businesses.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in multi‑site operations and business expansion.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
