About the role
The Health Information Analyst conducts qualitative reviews of clinical documentation for short‑stay admissions, day surgeries and observation visits, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze inpatient health information for short‑stay admissions, day surgeries and observation visits.
- Investigate and verify documentation deficiencies and escalate delinquencies as required.
- Perform a final analysis check to confirm all deficiencies are resolved before closing encounters.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in Health Information Management or Nursing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Nursing or a related health sciences field.
- Fully proficient in English.

- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology.
