About the role

The General Manager – Healthcare Cluster Operations & Multi-Site Delivery will lead multiple healthcare facilities within a designated cluster, shaping strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring high‑quality patient care across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Oversee multi‑site delivery, optimizing resource allocation, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process‑enhancement methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, clinical teams, and external partners to foster innovation and excellence.
• Manage human capital, including talent development, succession planning, and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and governance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or multi‑site management.
• Proven track record in financial stewardship, budget preparation, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and quality improvement.
