Global HR Business Partner

About the role

As a core HR partner for JD's international expansion, you will drive people strategies that enable rapid global growth. The role begins with a 6‑12 month immersive rotation at JD’s Beijing Headquarters to build deep business insight.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a Beijing Headquarters rotation, gaining exposure to core operations, culture, and leadership while contributing to talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics projects.
• Translate international market strategies into actionable HR plans for regions such as Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical supply‑chain, warehouse, logistics, and localized operations roles.
• Design and launch talent development programs, including the Global Young Talent Program, to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Diagnose and optimize organizational structures and processes to improve cross‑cultural collaboration and performance.
• Implement performance management systems and leverage HR data for business decision‑making.
• Champion JD’s corporate culture, fostering an open, agile, and inclusive environment across regions while managing employee relations and the full employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of international business strategies and ability to convert them into HR initiatives.
• Experience in talent acquisition, especially for supply‑chain and logistics functions.
• Proven capability in organizational design, development, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
• Ability to lead talent development programs and drive performance management.
