About the role

Join Amazon as a Graduate Area Manager and lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced operational environment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, productivity and quality across shifts while gaining hands‑on experience in global logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing throughout the site.
• Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Support and lead a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift procedures.
• Work with engineers and external partners on technical improvements and contingency planning.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) obtained within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
• Recent experience in data analysis and stakeholder communication.
