Graphic Designer – Communications & Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Communications & Advertising Department. You will create high‑quality visual content that supports corporate, internal and digital communications across a range of media.

Key responsibilities

• Design corporate communication materials such as reports, presentations, brochures, infographics, newsletters and executive communications.
• Create engaging internal communication assets including employee announcements, campaign visuals, event branding, posters and digital signage.
• Produce social media posts, digital campaigns, motion graphics and online advertisements, optimizing content for each platform.
• Maintain brand consistency, develop creative concepts, and prepare production‑ready files for print and digital distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in corporate communications, marketing, public relations or advertising.
• Experience working with government, semi‑government or regulated organisations is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Strong PowerPoint design and presentation development skills.
• Solid understanding of corporate branding, typography, layout design, infographics, and digital/print production processes.
• Ability to create social‑media‑ready visual designs.
