Graphic Designer – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce visual content that drives property sales, strengthens brand identity, and engages local buyers in the Saudi real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually striking brochures, floor plans, and listing advertisements (digital and print) for residential and commercial properties.
• Create engaging visuals and short‑form video edits (Reels, TikTok) for campaigns showcasing real‑estate portfolios.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a professional and luxurious aesthetic.
• Prepare professional presentation decks and bid documents to support sales and business‑development teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to brainstorm creative concepts that resonate with the Saudi market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Proven graphic‑design experience, preferably in real‑estate, architecture, or agency settings.
• Bilingual capability in Arabic and English is highly desired.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout design, and digital storytelling.
