Graphic Designer Trainee (Tamheer Program)

About the role

As a Graphic Designer Trainee in Aon's Tamheer program, you will work from the Riyadh office supporting internal and client‑facing teams by creating high‑quality visual materials that follow Aon’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.
• Design a wide range of materials (advertisements, brochures, business logos, reports) for both digital and print channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with brokerage and functional teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high‑quality client materials.
• Support online and offline media requirements such as social media assets, email banners, and printed collateral.
• Produce branded items including letterhead, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and other event or campaign materials.

Required profile

• Eligible for the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia (meeting HRDF/Tamheer criteria).
• Currently enrolled in a graduate‑level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative and visual design abilities with the capacity to follow brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with different teams and stakeholders.
